A lifelong political campaigner, Joe has spent nearly 15 years on the front line of elections across Australia. As a former advisor and State Director (CEO) for The Nationals in New South Wales and Western Australia, his campaign expertise, political contacts and management experience allow him to get a well-made point across publicly and privately.
Dealing with his fair share of political crises has taught Joe the importance of crisis planning and keeping a cool head to protect and strengthen public image. Political colleagues often engage Joe for calm strategic counsel and problem-solving when mapping out strategy, and for quick action when the best laid plans come awry.
Along with strategy comes a grounding in the essential campaign tools, and a firm knowledge of what to deploy and when. Joe has run the full gamut of tactical executions for candidates and MPs and knows political and legislative processes inside-out.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and Psychology) from the University of Western Australia and a Certificate in Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia, giving him a solid understanding of high-level thinking and good governance.
With background on the family farm and a passion for regional Australia, Joe is excited by solving complex problems with people and organisations who’ve been unfairly represented and bridging the language gap between government, business and people.
